Contact form privacy notice
The form collects your first and last name, email address, selected enquiry topic and message electronically, together with any company or project location you choose to provide. These details are used to review and answer your enquiry and conduct quotation or business discussions you request.
Depending on the enquiry, processing is assessed under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 for steps directly related to a contract and Article 5(2)(f) for legitimate interests that do not prejudice your fundamental rights and freedoms. Article 5(2)(e) may apply to establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and Article 5(2)(ç) to legal obligations. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.
Do not include identity documents, payment details, health information or unnecessary personal data about other people.
Service providers and transfers
FormSubmit handles form delivery and Gmail handles correspondence. These services process the message and technical details necessary for delivery. Form submission may open FormSubmit’s verification screen, which is governed by the provider’s own privacy and cookie practices.
Hosting, email and form services may involve infrastructure outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are subject to the applicable conditions and safeguards in Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Contact us for information about providers and transfer arrangements. Information is disclosed to competent authorities only within applicable obligations.
Retention and security
Enquiries and correspondence are retained for the time needed to handle the request and any contractual or legal obligations. Records should be deleted, destroyed or anonymised when their processing purpose and applicable retention requirements end. A single fixed period does not apply to all requests.
Form fields are not sent to website analytics. This website does not take payments or create visitor accounts.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, obtain information about processing and its purpose, learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and request deletion or destruction where the conditions apply. You may request that corrections or deletions be communicated to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send requests in writing to the address above or through other methods permitted by applicable rules. You may also contact asalphanturizm@gmail.com from an email address previously provided to us and recorded in our systems. Identity verification may be required. Requests are handled as prescribed by law and within 30 days at the latest.
